Welcome to The Two.
The Two is a space for modern mums navigating identity, overwhelm and the everyday chaos of life with little ones.
Hi, I’m Erica
When I found out I was pregnant with twins, the planner in me kicked in. After years of applying strategy and structure in the tech world at companies like Uber and PayPal, I turned those same skills inward, preparing for a life that would soon be anything but predictable.
I expected the physical and emotional demands. But what I didn’t expect was how profoundly motherhood would reshape my identity, our family dynamic and my sense of self.
As I searched for support, I found fragments of advice scattered across forums, mostly from overseas, rarely speaking to the full reality of raising babies in Australia. I wasn’t just looking for tips on sleep and feeding. I was looking for a space that acknowledged the mother, not just the babies.
The Two: Twin Guide
This guide is for any parent looking to navigate the beautiful chaos of life with newborn twins. One with structure, rhythm and predictability. It’s for families who want to mix feed, introduce sleep cues early and gently guide their twins into a routine that supports not just the babies, but the whole household.

Here, we talk openly about the mental load, the overwhelm and the pressure to do it all — and why you don’t have to.
