Welcome to The Two

For the mums juggling two (or more), The Two is a space to feel supported, understood and a little less alone — created by a twin mum, for the ones living it.

Hi, I’m Erica

When I found out I was pregnant with twins, the planner in me kicked into gear. After years of applying strategy and structure in my career, I naturally shifted into planning mode for my family. I knew this next chapter would challenge me, physically, emotionally and mentally, but I underestimated just how much it would transform the way we functioned as a family.

I scoured the internet and found bits and pieces of advice, mostly from overseas or forums that didn’t speak to the full picture of life as an Australian twin mum. What I was looking for didn’t exist: something that combined practical guidance with emotional support — not just for newborn babies, but for mums, too.

Welcome to, The Two.

The Two: Twin Guide

This guide is for any parent looking to navigate the beautiful chaos of life with twins. One with structure, rhythm and predictability. It’s for families who want to mix feed, introduce sleep cues early and gently guide their twins into a routine that supports not just the babies, but the whole household.

The Two is a space where twin mums (and all mums ) can feel supported, informed and understood. It was created to offer what so many of us go searching for: calm and honest support through the chaos of pregnancy, postpartum and motherhood. Here, we talk openly about the mental load, the overwhelm and the pressure to do it all — and why you don’t have to.
